I took my family here for laser tag. I enjoyed it a lot. I liked the game better than lasertron, but my kids felt differently. Part of the problem was the instructions were difficult to hear and understand for each of the games for the kids. The price was pretty high too. For the price for 4 of us we could have gotten 4 month long passes at lasertron. Because of these two things I’m giving it 3 stars. For a couple adults on maybe a date, I’d say 4 stars.

Terrible place and terrible service. Not accommodating one bit.... I will never go back there ever again. Had a gift card for 6 mini bowling games and 40 dollars in arcade games... was told the arcade is closed and we couldn't use the arcade games and we lost the 40 dollars and was compensated at all. It was lost money no other options and was very unprofessional about it. If I could give 0 stars I would. Waste of time and money
Took the boys to Buffalo Battle Ground. Central Amherst 9u travel baseball. They loved it. What a great place. The service was outstanding. The food was great. Thank you Sue and Brett. We will be back for sure.
When we were finally able to play my family and I did have a good time...we were called in to play at 6:07 BUT started around 6:15 and even though the gentleman was late he rushed us. We had multiple problems with the guns to the point that I went and got a manager to assist the rude gentleman that was manning the game. Then to top it off we didn't even play until 7pm. We would probably return but hopefully by then they can repair or update their equipment.
