Had a dryer that had stopped heating and had Pruitt since someone to check it out for me. Dave was the one that came and he was highly professional, pleasant and had it apart, a new heating element installed and done in no time. Price was less than expected and I was very pleased with the whole transaction. I highly recommend these folks! Thanks so much!

A game of cancel and reschedule. If they ever show up to do a job, I would be surprised. Was trying to get flooring replaced but they were always having \car trouble\ so they had to reschedule or would be HOURS late. 3x and over a month of dragging feet. Use someone else. (Contracted with them thru Lowes FYI )

My dad scheduled an appointment to have someone come out and see why our washing machine is overflowing. After about 20-30 mins the problem did not occur and we were told it was fine. We were billed 89.00 for his drive and the washer overflowed again tonight. Will not ever be doing business with this company again.
