Guy answering the phone was rude.... didn’t even say hello. I was requesting a live scan price which I googled and found their place for LIVE SCAN and his rude response was we don’t do live scan and hung up on me! Ugh maybe he was having a bad day idk

DON'T GO THERE, THIS MAN IS A FRAUD. HE SCAMMED ME OUT OF 190. He made two mistakes, the first one was not including my social security number when he sent the prints which is something basic that any persons doing fingerprint should know to do. The second mistake was that he charged me a fee that should have been bill to my company. After all of that, he didn't want to recognize all his mistakes and didn't refund me at all and then started to yell at me and involved his son in the matter. ONCE AGAIN, DON'T GO THERE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT. Sincerely, Manuel

I did my live scan finger printing on 2/14 and when I called to check back on 2/27 Bernard was rude and yelled at me...telling me that i had to wait at least 2 weeks for everything to process through. This conflicted with what I read on the department of justice website of 72 hour wait time but I trusted him. I persisted and asked for him to come see me when he wasn't there DURING BUSINESS HOURS and when we checked it looked like we had to pay for FBI background check. He drove up in his personal car which made me think he was at home when he was supposed to be open. I showed him the paper showing we only had to have DOJ and not FBI. He insisted that I needed FBI and ran the check without my consent and charged me an additional 17. Being unfamiliar with the process I agreed to pay after he ran the check. Looking back I realize I was too trusting. Later on 3/7 I noticed that the background check still didn't go through. I called him again and he yelled at me and wasn't there DURING BUSINESS HOURS and told me he couldn't do anything more for me. He also drove up in his personal car. I insisted that he come and I continued to call him. I found that he had inputted the wrong ORC number in the first place and we wasted almost 3 weeks of waiting from his error. I put 2 stars because he paid for his mistake but overall not satisfied with my experience.
