Let me start with saying all personnel that I have interacted with have been highly professional and very courteous. After receiving what I thought was a preliminary for an estimate, I never heard back from anyone for over a week. I called several times to request the estimate and was told they had all of my information and requested I leave a number so someone could return my call when the estimate was completed. Today I called for the last time. Not only did they not have any information to give me what requested I leave my number again so they could have someone call me back. At this point all I can assume is they don't have my information and prob never completed my estimate. I'm sure experiences will differ.
