This place is horrible! I’ve been here for a year and a half and it is absolutely disgusting. My first apartment was not cleaned out before I arrived and had roaches, dirt, and the mattress was torn apart. The management was not understanding and I had to upgrade to a newer apartment in order to receive a clean apartment. Also, my friend was here for two hours and the visitor section was closed and the apartment had her car towed. It was absolutely ridiculous. The management disabled the emergency maintenance number. We pay for valet trash and they barely pick our trash up. There is a serious gnat problem and everything barely works. It took them a year to come and fix our sink. When they replaced our microwave that was broken forever they dented our stove and haven’t fixed it. DO NOT RENT HERE IT IS NOT WORTH IT. They will try to scam you and show you a beautiful apartment but that is not what you get at all.

Great place to live! Not right next to campus but close enough to where you beat all the traffic and still make it to campus quickly. Eric and Taylor are always so helpful with anything I need. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Step right up!! If you want to live without AC, live with roaches in your food and crawling all over you!! One of the best features here is the trash valet comes once a month attracting even more roaches. Living in 90 degree apartment and having the leasing office tell you there is nothing they can do about it is another perk. If you like sleeping in sauna temperature 80% of the nights then this is the place for you. Management loves to harass you instead of fixing anything. Below is the expired certificate for the elevator that has been needing repair for over a year and is now completely broken.

My family and I had the opportunity to meet Melissa the Property Manager. We were very impressed with her level of caring. We were seriously concerned about the cleanliness of a specific unit, so we were able to make adjustments last minute. Melissa was helpful, professional, patient, proactive, and organized. We were also impressed with Brandon. He responded quickly and was able to handle any task. Thank you to the staff for working with us.

Horrible management and there are roaches in the rooms. Trash bags piled up in the hallways will make you feel like you're in New York. The outside floors (South Location) are absolutely disgusting, in desperate need of pressure washing, and I'm embarrassed to bring company over. They just painted the South building and did a horrible job, definitely not professional. 10/10 would not recommend this place. I would fire all the management except for Chris. If you're unfortunate enough to live here, he'll be the one staff member that will actually help you.
