I have leased cars through Your Auto Advocate, Michael Sachs, for about 8 years now. I'm writing today because in these times of questionable service, it's important to highlight when something goes right! VERY RIGHT! Michael has made each purchase easy for me: I tell him what car I want and he finds the best price and deal; has all the paperwork drawn up; has the dealership deliver the car and paperwork to my home; has the salesperson explain the ins and outs of the car and when it's time to sign the lease, I called him and made sure it was all the way it should be. I always feel taken care of and listened to. I never had to haggle or endure long hours in a showroom. I appreciate Michael's personal touch in making sure I get the vehicle I really want for the price I can afford. After each purchase, Michael has called me to be sure I received exactly what I wanted. Importantly, he cares about his customers. Excellent customer service! Thank you, Michael.
Michael, Your Auto Advocate is the best in the business. From A to Z, soup to nuts, Michael is on top of his game. I leased a car in February, talking to Michael on Wednesday and Friday I had a new car in my garage. He follows up periodically to make sure everything is OK, and if anything is needed.
