Thank you Jason Shaw and the Toyota Service Team for an amazing experience. I took my newly acquired Tacoma to do a full inspection for an upcoming road trip. Jason was able to schedule an appointment right away and get the truck fully inspected. The truck was inspected meticulously from top to bottom. All turned out great!! Truck is ready to take on anything with the reliability Toyota is known for. Thank you again. PS: They really appreciate and support military service members. Specially Marines. J/K... First off, Eddie is the best sales guy I have worked with over the years (Mike Levine is almost even with him of course) Came at 530pm to return a lease and figured it would be quick...it is now 731pm and we are still sitting here. Make sure you plan on spending 4 hours when going to Toyota to return a car because management will prioritize people that are buying cars over the ones returning them...you would think you would get fair treatment from management after spending 10s of thousands of dollars but it’s all about the future business.

I bought my car from Ventura Toyota twice now. Both the time my car buying experience was satisfying. Manager Mike ( helped - 2017) and Jaime Duenas ( 2020 ) have such a positive attitude and they are willing to work with the customer to make it happen. The sales staff - Mr. Moises Duenas; know how to read my needs and suggest the best vehicle that complimented my personality. The internet sales and marketing team helped me save a lot of time by negotiating the price before I walked in there. Mr. KP Ghuman the Finance Manager, offered me a great package on aftersales services and warranty, Ventura Toyota is not about just selling the CAR they do make sure you have the best aftersales services. I went to many dealerships just to get the best deal ( who doesn't ), but Ventura Toyota not only gave me the best deal but they also valued me as their returning customer. I believe the family owner Mr. AL Wintring's policy of valuing customer relations make Ventura Toyota stand out. Overall I am satisfied with their services and help.
