Great experience The live Scan operator showed up on time for mobile appointment. I was running late coming back from work but he waited for me and was courtious. He did not charge me extra for waiting and I really appreciated that!

Scheduled a mobile appointment for a LiveScan today, sat around and waited, called and the guy says I should have called to confirm the mobile appointment. Nowhere in the process of scheduling a mobile appointment does this business state you need to call to confirm your mobile appointment. I received 3 text messages saying my appointment was coming up, and not one of them said I needed to call to confirm the appointment. The guy who answered the phone acted like it was my fault. I wasted my time today waiting, and I needed my LiveScan done TODAY! Awful business practice. **EDIT** I must change my review from 1 to 5 stars. The fingerprinter contacted me immediately and really went above and beyond to make this right. He came to my place of business after rescheduling a time and got the fingerprinting completed efficiently and quickly. He was apologetic and friendly, and made me feel a lot better. Because he decided to correct the situation and was thoughtful about it, I've decided to change my review. And at no prodding by him. He never even mentioned my review in dealing with me. Good job!
