I can’t speak for what kind of pricing or service they offer for bikes rather just the knowledge of one individual that I spoke to. I stopped in and what she asked if I needed help, I said that I was struggling with finding a good saddle for my road bike. I said my my “sit bones” hurt when I ride. She took me over to their saddles and started pointing out different gel thickness and wide “seats”. I asked if they could measure my sit bones and she said no. I asked if they had different saddles to sit on she said no. She never asked me what kind of bike I had, how much riding I did..... nothing. She clearly knew nothing about cycling. So..... I’m off to a different cycling shop that knows about how to fit a saddle to a rider.

D&D both Ann Arbor and Westland stores helped me through when my bike's frame broke, and loaned me another bike to keep riding until I got my warranty frame. Then, they did a great job at putting my bike back together.

I had searched for bicycles shops in the White lake/Waterford area and D&D came up, but their website said they only service their own bikes sold there and had a 1-2 week back up. So we went to another shop on Elizabeth Lake road. They said they had a 1 month back up and did not inquire at all what I needed to have done. So I stopped at D&D on my way home to check and they were so helpful and friendly that I was blown away. Not only did they say they could do maintenance on my bike, but they could do it right then and there! So impressed and would use/buy cycle gear, bikes or helmets from them in the future.

Purchased two bikes online last week and supposed to pick them up today 06.16.2020 at the Waterford location. Called in advance during the day to make sure that the bikes were in stock and ready but no one answered so I left a voice mail. No one called by 5.30pm. I decided to drive there. The lady there told me that the store had only one bike available. The other one was available at their Berkley location. I wished someone called me back earlier and told me to go straight to the Berkley store where they had more in stock. I kindly expressed my disappointment. The lady told me that she was busy earlier in the day. I looked around the store and there was no body there. There was no point in arguing. She asked me if I wanted the one bike which was a strange question since she did not know when she could have the other. I drove to Berkley. Asked them for how long they had the bikes. They told me that this particular model has been in the store since last year. It was frustrating that I had to wait a week, drive to Waterford to no avail and then to Berkley and finally to West Bloomfield. Anyways, picked up the two bikes in Berkley. Customer service there was kind. Drove back to my local park. Rode the bikes with my husband. One made unusual sound. I have to return it tomorrow in Berkley. The wisdom of the story is that one phone call could have saved me lots of time and nerves in traffic. I would recommend the Berkley location.
