Great experience working with Travis at Watseka Ford. After being assured by Travis that the vehicles Car Fax was excellent as well as the condition being it was a one owner local car I took the 2 1/2 hour drive to the dealership. All I can say is I'm very glad I did. The used Town and Country Van looked exactly as posted on their dealer web site. After a good test drive, some talking back and forth I bought this beautiful used Town and Country Touring Van. The dealership stepped up and offered to deliver the Van to me Saturday morning 10/17/20 which they did. Even the drivers who delivered it right on time were terrific too. Thank you Watseka Ford team for a great experience with no headaches. Thank you Travis for helping me out, it was a long day and you made it work for both of us.

I love the waiting area - you can enjoy peace-and-quiet or you can choose to watch TV or chat with others. I have never had to wait an extensive amount of time for the fellas to get the job done. They are ALWAYS polite, understanding and air their concerns in regards to my vehicle. Thanks!!
