You can tell he truly cares about his costumers and can see why this location is so highly recommended. Always a great experience not only with the service department but sales. Manny Navarro cuts to the chase and will let you know if he can work out the numbers to your favor. If he can't, he will tell you he is unable to. I appreciate the honesty. Nalda goes through the paperwork in detail so you feel comfortable signing and the management makes sure they thank you for your business before leaving. Overall, always a good experience at Mazda.
Working with my advisor, Michele, is always an easy process. Ask for her when you visit the dealership and you will not have to worry about anything. Plus, they remodeled the dealership lately and it has an even better feel! Great work all around!
