I’ve leased 2 Mazdas from Werner and also get them serviced here. If you are looking to buy/lease a Mazda (which you should, they’re some of most fun to drive cars), ask for Cameron in sales, he is awesome to work with and will take great care of you. Also Nick Flood the sales manager. Basically everyone at Werner is friendly and helpful. No pressure or feeling like a “sale” like I’ve experienced elsewhere.

We bought a new Mazda CX9 in 2016 from this dealership. They sold us an 'Ultimate' extended warranty that they said would 'cover everything but consumables'. Fast forward to Aug 2020, the car engine head cracks and car dies out of nowhere. We are outside of manufacturer's warranty. After 6 weeks of warranty-dealership back and forth our claim was denied based on a contract we were never given at point of sale. We are now facing a 8K bill including over 1K in labor for a teardown ordered by 3rd party warranty co. So much for Ultimate coverage. They also scratched the vehicle while fitting roof rails but denied responsibility. Don't trust this dealership and don't expect customer service once they have your money.

Wonderful! Bought a lease return car. No pressure, just the facts about the cars. Salesperson, Cam, was great! Was able to take the car that day. Brought it back to have top rails put on. Service was quick and efficient while I waited in a very comfortable outside patio. If they keep this up, they will always have my business!! I love my Mazda CX9!!
