Hands down the best experience I’ve had when purchasing a car. Literally can't say enough great things about this dealership. From the second I made the appointment through the entire car test driving/purchasing experience... the entire team was phenomenal. I made an appointment with Matt Boucher to come in and test drive a few Mazdas he had on the lot, and immediately hit it off. He understood what I was looking for, got me in for a test drive quickly, and made me feel prioritized. As soon as Jenni Koch in Sales was free from her previous appointment, she seamlessly transitioned to help me out and take over for Matt getting me into another car to test drive and made me feel right at home. She answered all my questions and was super helpful even though the dealership was very busy! From questions about pricing to answers about financing, she literally knew it all and was never too busy to check in while I worked through some financials with my bank. It's rare to find a dealership that is more interested in meeting your needs and finding the right car then just selling you a vehicle - and Flow Mazda's team with Jenni & Matt was it. Even after long phone calls with my bank, they brought in their financing team with Stephen to get me right on board and ready to walk out the door with my brand new Mazda. And this is how I know I found the right place - not only did they walk me through all the paperwork and answer all my questions, continuing to chat with me throughout - they have followed up with me via email and text to make sure everything is still going well in my new vehicle! I have to say my experience with Flow of Fayetville has been the best experience I have ever have purchasing a car. Most of the negotiation was done remote, but even then Jordan was great to deal with, and very upfront about numbers, which comparing to the dealer I spoke with the day before somewhere else was night and day. Once I actually showed up on site to finalize the deal and sign, they were still great, specially Jenni Koch who did most of the on site documents that day, and the day I went to pick up the car when it arrived. She was attentive, friendly and made the whole situation a great experience.
