Great experience. I was in the market for used car and one of them happened to be at North Shore Mazda. I had never done business with them before. I inquired online about it and was contacted within a few hours to set up a test drive. Drove it and put a deposit down. This was a used car under 10K for my older children, but they were easy to work with and treated me and my kids like they would treat a customer buying a top-of-the-line Mazda. They even allowed me to take the car to my own mechanic to get an independent evaluation. Prior to delivery, our salesperson, Eric, was helpful in getting a very minor issue resolved and even had the engine bay cleaned up before delivery. Nice touch. I can't imagine they made a lot money on the vehicle since I paid cash, but you would never know it by how I was treated and how easy everything was. If I'm ever in the market for a Mazda or another used car on their lot, I would be happy to do business with them again. Highly recommended!

Had a positive experience with Duarte and the manager, we ended up keeping them far past closing but they were patient enough to continue talking to us and accommodating my requests instead of chasing us out the door (which they totally had the right to), so I very much appreciated that.

I usually don't write reviews, but not this time. North Shore Mazda was the easiest dealership I have ever worked with. I purchased my car from here three years ago and never regretted about that. Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience with other dealership in the past. It took me three months to get my car fixed. So, I braced myself for the worse that day when I called North Shore Mazda. Instead, I got amazing service at the Service Department! Especially from John Burke. He took care of my car and provided 5 star service at every step. It could not have been more seamless and made the process very pleasant. Thanks again for the outstanding service!

I bought my car from this dealership a couple days ago and it was such a smooth experience! I showed up pretty late on a Friday and the team stayed well past 6pm closing time so we could finalize the deal (with patience and professionalism). Eric Martiniello is by far one of the best car salesman I've experienced.
