This is the second vehicle my wife and I have purchased through Gwatney Mazda. Our sales associate was Reggie Norfleet. Reggie was helpful, concise, and was at no point pushy in any way. If we had questions he was quick to answer them. We came in prepared and knew the exact car we wanted to leave the lot with. We were only there for 2 hours in total. With a trade in, negotiations, paperwork, insurance, etc. it shows that Gwatney has good processes in place. We left the lot happy with the deal we were able to get and I am thrilled to replace my first car with a brand new Mazda 6 that I will enjoy for years.

Employees were great to our family cause we had kids and its never easy but they had snacks and baloons to entertain them and were polite to us all. It took longer than usual but knowing a person was sick we stuck around so I could buy my husband a truck he deserves at a great price. Will do business again when we need an upgrade. Thanks

We took our CX-9 in for a recall. Linda helped check us in and did a great job being both very friendly and very thorough. They did an inspection and found a couple of issues that needed attention and repair but did not hard sell us on them which I really do appreciate. The work was done on time at the rates discussed with no issues. My overall experience this Gwatney Mazda’s service department was excellent and so far I would gladly recommend their services. Keep up the good work guy’s!!

We recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership. When we arrived we were greeted by a salesman who seemed friendly at the time, but as negotiations began that changed. My husband made the statement to the salesman that we were not in a hurry, but wanted to find a good deal because this was going to be a big purchase for our family. It was getting late, and my husband told the salesman we could come back the next day to sign papers which would allow them time to wash the car, clean the interior and fill it with gas. The salesman became pushy to close the deal that night! The vehicle we purchased did not get cleaned inside or out, nor did we receive a tank of gas. When we left the dealership our tire light came on to notify us that all tires were at pressure of twenty-seven pounds! My husband had to pull over and put air in all four tires. This all could have been taken care had we not been rushed for signing papers! The next day my husband phoned the dealership to speak with the salesman with questions about the car, the salesman was short and seemed as if my husband was annoying him. We will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership nor will we recommend it to our friends.

Chris, Danielle, and Tony, the manager were professional and very courteous. They went the extra mile to help me with the purchase of my new SUV. I will continue to do business with this dealership. BTW I love my CX-5!
