The drive thru service is kind of slow, but service is very welcoming; lobby is currently closed due to Covid-19. Closed my account, I had no need for it. Closest bank is 4 towns over, not enough local banks in the Rio Grande Valley.

This is the best bank I have ever worked with. They are fast (replace lost debt cards in-house), curteous, and more helpful (lowest rates on EVERY single loan I have applied for) than I ever expected a bank to be.

It may not be branch reps answering phone but I'm making sure I'm heard! I have 2 car loans with y'all trying to pay for 1 over phone because I'm missing online login info. After 25min. On hold someone answered waited a few minutes then hung up me!!!! Not the 1st time this has happened to me. Get new employees! I'm now on phone again 30min.! Best advice get all info to login online cause employees worthless. Reply to Navy army: I'm not waisting more time by filing a complaint to please you in your website. This is my complaint it's been read and ignore. Thank you.
