Very impressed with Superior Locksmith! They made a copy of my key so fast, and it was very inexpensive! Anthony was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and professional. Awesome customer service! I will definitely be back here for any and all of my key needs, or if I ever lock myself out of my car! I highly recommend this awesome local company.
From start to finish Superior Locksmith was professional, courteous, and fair in their work. I spoke with Scott on the phone to receive a quote and immediate I could tell he was customer friendly and professional. This culture was also evident in their technician who performed their work, Dylan arrived on time and completed the rekeying of 3 locks and gave 2 additional copies as we requested. Not only was their cost the most aggressive but their service was definitely the best. We will be using them and recommending them in the future.
This place is great, especially Dylan. They came out twice, and once was running a little behind so they called to let me know. Its refreshing to have a company so responsible! And while they were fixing my lock, Dylan made sure everything was perfect, even beyond my high standards! I would highly recommend using Superior Locksmith - they are a one-of-a-kind!
I had a broken key and like magic they was able to re make the key and in a very timely manner. I lost the key they replaced from the broken key. So ... again I had to have another made. I thankfully had saved the original broken key. They stand by their work and are vey good at what they do. I will not hesitate to call for any type of work involving keys. I am super happy with the kind way they treated me and the cost was probably not enough but that is just what makes a business valuable, Making sure customers are treated fairly and not feel like they have been ripped off. I needed my home secure after a divorce. Josh showed up on time after hours call. He not only had the work done fast. He had every door done I needed done in about 1 1/2 hours. I appreciate when I'm told a time by a business and they are a few minutes early. I would and will tell everyone about Superior Locksmith quality of work. I'm not one to let people just go anywhere in my home. Not only did I feel VERY safe I really appreciated the kindness and help from Josh. I would tell you should you need help with a "lock problem". Call this company as they are now the ONLY locksmith company I will ever use on the future. Thank you Superior Locksmith for being such a great company and having great employees! No doubt!
They came when they said they would. The guy that helped me out was fast, faster than I thought he would be. Quality work and went above and beyond my expectations. Would definitely recommend using these guys.
I took a new deadbolt in to have rekeyed and the person that helped me was outstanding only took him about 3 minutes to do and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them and plan on using them for any future needs.
