I’m not the one to leave reviews but when it’s necessary or the service is exceptional I feel inclined to leave a review for others . I had the pleasure of having Mandy deliver my daughter, would you believe she was my Doula for my first baby 7 years ago. But this year she got to be my midwife. Along with her assistant Jen, who helped me in in a tremendous way during my laboring and delivery. Mandy made the process of visits all the way up to deliver very easy with absolutely no stress, she’s always available for any questions I had during my pregnancy. I love love love Mandy and her center because she loves her job and she will make sure to treat you like family. She’s also very knowledgeable with natural methods to help you during labor. If you are questioning if this will be a good choice to have your baby I will recommend that being a yes! Most definitely. A natural, easy and most important comfortable environment. I can assure you that you will be 100% satisfied.

I came to PBM center for my VBA2C. The birth team enabled me to make this dream come true. With excellent prenatal care and holistic treatment my body was fine tuned for a quick and easy delivery. My doula and midwives were supportive but tough through my labor which encouraged me to do the same. My healthy baby was born 2.5 hours after I called Mandy telling her the baby was coming. At home, no medical interventions. My prior OBGYN had told me there was no way I would ever successfully naturally birth a child .

I paid PBMC in advance to encapsulate my placenta upon delivery. Before I paid over the phone was told that I did not have to but could pay after my placenta was encapsulated. I still did cover the expense ahead of time to get it out the way. When I delivered I unfortunately had severe complications and my placenta became infected and not able to be used. When I asked PBMC for a refund the owner argued with me over the phone about giving me a refund and how she would have done things if she was treating me. I was never under her care and she was not there when I delivered. How can you state you know better than the medical professional that was present and in charge during that moment? She told me she would give most my money back but not “a deposit.” I was never told I had to make a deposit. I was given a partial refund but not the full amount I originally paid. No service was ever rendered because I had a medical complication that prevented it. Not impressed by how my money that was not refunded was stolen. Extremely unethical and a form of malpractice. I hope you do not do this to other clients, sadly however, I feel I am not the only one something like this has happened to. I hope PBMC would take this constructive criticism to improve their practice moving forward.

I’ll keep it simple. Mandy is awesome, very down to earth and humble. She keeps it simple and easy. Her team is awesome too. I had an amazing home birth (that I wasn’t sure I was going to be able to have). She respects you wishes and is well informed. My boy was stuck he had his arm wrapped around his neck, she knew what to do, Monique was super awesome too! All in all If your looking for a great team that’s down to earth Palm Beach Maternity is your place!

I couldn’t have asked for a better birthing experience for my second child. Mandy is an amazing midwife! The individualized care and support that I received from her during my pregnancy and postpartum was wonderful. She genuinely cares about her patients and you can tell this is her calling. That is something you can’t find that in a standard OB practice. Having our daughter at the birth center was magical. I really couldn’t have asked for a better birth. If you are looking for an out-of-hospital birth I highly recommend PBMC.
