Only go here if you ABSOLUTELY must. My daughter spent around an hour here getting a piece of styrofoam removed from her nose by a physician with a pair of tweezers and I was billed 1,600 in total for the doctor and nurse's care. I then received another bill for 1,300, so I called the facility and requested clarification. I was told that the 1,300 was a FACILITY fee. So, basically, we rented a bed in the most expensive one hour hotel ever. 0 stars, do not recommend.

They've somewhat improved since North Ga took over but they're still severely lacking on the human side. The only reason i'm giving them 3 and not 2 stars is because I can tell they're working on improving and have done so in the last few years. The one thing i'd have to say though, if you're a female you're better off going elsewhere. EVERYTHING is always \It's your period\ even thought it's not. I take my wife to the one in Braselton because that treat you better there and actually care.
The nurses and doctor were very nice and comforting. They made sure i had everything and anything i needed. The lady working at the front desk on Friday 12/20/19 around 3:00pm needs to be fired. The most rude and unpleasant person ive ever talked to in a hospital. When I first walked in she had zero care or concern. Rolled her eyes a couple times and just looked like she didnt want to be there. I will definitely be calling the hospital about her.
I brought my minor son into the emergency room because he was in pain he could not walk on his foot and was begging me for pain medication. He hurt his big toe it was purple and blue and I have never seen him in so much pain. After we checked in with the nurse and were left in the waiting area after some time he was taken back to X-Ray. Once the X-Ray was done they wheeled him back out into the ER waiting room. We were then placed in a hall. On the way back from having the X-Ray I noticed there were quite a few ER rooms empty with no patients in them. Yet we were NEVER placed in a ER room. We were left in the waiting area and then placed in a hall and all of our personal conversation was aired right there in the ER waiting area in front of other patients no respect for our HIPPA Rights or our privacy. My son also had a wart on his knee I was told they don’t remove warts I said ok and asked for a referral to a local dermatologist several times and was never given a room or a referral. I have never been treated in this manner before . I’m sure we will be billed for the visited but we left the ER still in need as my son was still in pain and still needed the wart removed. So this Visit was a waste of time and money .
Very very dirty
