The owner, Bill, has been responsive and professional from day one. Our first experience was installing electric wiring for our movie theater room in 2017 and then in Aug 2020 for our home gym. We also had ceiling fans installed in 3 bedrooms and living room. Every interaction has been positive. We will continue to utilize their services and highly recommend!

As Senior Citizens my wife and I planned a fitness unit adjacent to our basement. To assist with the electrical installation we called on Root Electric including Bill Root Sr., Bill Root, and Brian, John, and Noah. We are extraordinarily happy with their work. From pre drywall installation through inspection and finish installation their work was performed in a timely and professional manner. Root Electric is the only company we will use for our electrical service based on this experience.

Great work that has paid off! Had them install a subpanel about two years ago so we could power our most essential circuits off the generator. With all the rain lately, a tree just took down the only power line into our neighborhood. But we are doing just peachy, even if it takes Dominion all night!

JES Foundation Repair hired Root Electrical as a subcontractor to perform work on my electrical box to support Crawl Space repair work. While working on the electrical box, Root Electrical put a huge hole in my living room wall and left dangerous WIRES EXPOSED aside from destroying my living room wall. JES Foundation Repair nor Root Electrical is being responsible for repairing the damaged wall. Neverthesless, I got the run around from JES and no response from Root Electrical. Do not use either of these companies for crawl space repair and electrical work is my recommendation. The pic reflects the poor quality of work I received from Root Electric Services before they destroyed my living room wall.

Bill was incredibly professional and prompt in arriving at my rental townhouse to diagnose an issue. The problem was operator error on the part of the tenant, and Bill took care of it without charging me. I highly recommend them, and will absolutely Root Electric in the future.
