So my son and I decided to sell our property in Jefferson, South Carolina called around and found A & E Reality , talked to Linnett. She came out to the property and talked with my son and I , she told us everything she was going to do, she then toured the property and took pictures of everything. Then the pandemic hit, but it did not discourage her two month in during the pandemic she was getting people that were interested. We are so glad we went with A & E . The third month in we signed a contract, being out of state Linnett was helping us with all the papers we had to sign so we did not have to travel during the pandemic. We are glad we went with A & E Reality ( GREAT JOB LINNETT)

Linnett is amazing to work with. She is available to us all the time, but most importantly, it's not about the sale. It was about making sure my family would be in a home that was specific to us and our needs. I highly recommend her. She has amazing people she does business with as well which has made our approval and purchase process much easier.
