Drove here from Fort Meade with a safe that was stuck and they had it open within a few minutes! The customer service was top notch! The office manager responded to my inquiry very quickly after I submitted it and was able to get me a same day appointment. The two technicians working the desk when I came in were incredibly friendly and I'll definitely be recommending this place to anyone who needs their services in the future. Well worth the drive from Fort Meade for the prompt and professional service.

After a death in the family we had 6 safes that needed opening. We didn't have all the keys &/or combinations. Ben was very personable and knowledgeable. He was able to access 3 of the safes without drilling so we could continue to use them. We are very happy with the service Advanced Security provided. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because the cost was hefty. Even still it was worth it.
I called him and he was at my car within 30 minutes on a Sunday morning. 20 minutes later I had two new keys for my car. He gave me extra batteries for the keys and said he would cut the actual key for free if I brought it to the store. Excellent service, I could not be happier
