Had my new patient exam today. Office is doing a really good job of following social distancing protocols. Dr. Alissa is one of the few doctors I’ve ever had actually listen to me and not write off my symptoms. Very confident he will be able to properly diagnose me.

I have a friend in the emergency room and their office staff is being very passive aggressive when I asked for a better visit plan for their patient besides the 2-3 month wait time they give him to see the doctor due to it clearly not being a reasonable time after an emergency room visit for his condition. They would not let me have them talk to the doctor at the emergency room as I am not a doctor and do not wish to be in the middle of a medical discussion as I do not feel I am qualified to be a middle man. Their staff repeatedly hung up on me cause they didn’t like my attitude as I think putting me in the middle is not professional. I hope their doctor reads this and pray they find a more reasonable way to deal with people asking for performance for a patience care. I think if any human asks for help when they are ill someone should listen and not forget a good bedside manner.

The staff is amazing. They acknowledge you on a first name basis and are very aware of your history. Everyone from the doctor to the receptionist is very warm, welcoming and caring. I couldn't ask for better a team then the individuals who work in the infusion department.
