Updating previous review: there were issues with the phone system that caused a communication break-down on my vehicle service status but I have to say, AutoNation - specifically Hugo Nuñez - went above and beyond to make things right and took extremely good care of me and my vehicle. Miscommunication happens, it's all about how it's handled moving forward, and Hugo was more than professional. I'm very satisfied with the service and how well my vehicle is responding after service. I would recommend you to others and I will be requesting Hugo for all of my future service interactions moving forward.

I bought a Mitsubishi recently, the buying experience was alright and the car had no major problems but it hadn’t been serviced before it was sold to me. My real issue is I was told that my permanent plates would come to my apartment in the mail within two weeks. I purchased the car on 12/04/2020 and it is now 02/15/2021 and I still don’t have them. When my temporary tags expired I emailed them with no response and when I finally got in touch with them, they told me they didn’t have the plates and I would have to come back to the dealership at a later date.
