Not the best experience. I came in ready to buy a certain vehicle and when the salesman talked to me about it, he made little to no effort to sell me out. He didn’t tell me any of the features in the car and didn’t explain any of the benefits. Ultimately decided to buy elsewhere as they weren’t able to provide the best deal.

Bill Noble was the best!!!! He found THE PERFECT vehicle from another location. Did a trade to get it, picked it up, finance got us a better interest rate than our bank, AND everything was smooth and seamless for the first time ever. This guy and his team were so kind and really made sure we had the perfect experience. Definitely will be back.

I keep reporting the hard shift when cold. It's a known issue and all over the internet. Chevrolet is doing nothing to fix it. I also have a vibration at 30mph (probably due to the hared shifts) that wasn't found by the service team? My biggest concern is seeing most employees having their masks pulled down to their chins. 500,000 people dead & your team still can't help protect their customers and coworkers??

Steve, Bill and Ken are a remarkable team. Having a detailed understanding of the Automobile Dealership world, I feel I am qualified to make this observation. Bill worked tirelessly on trying to accommodate my wants and needs in a new truck. Bill perceived that I was \settling\ on a vehicle he was able to locate and present to me. Thankfully, Bill continued to look and actually found EXACTLY what we had discussed! I would have been OK with the truck I agreed to a week ago. Well, I am ecstatic with the truck that Bill located Friday. It has options that are usually not all on one truck. Bill is a consummate professional. He is a bit over worked in my opinion but I imagine he would not have it any other way. This is the 2nd Vehicle I have bought from Bill. I was so excited that I went ahead and gave Bill the information as to what I want to buy for my wife. It will again be a rare vehicle but I have 100% confidence that Bill will find one. Ken was VERY helpful and did a great job helping me articulate and focus on specific needs I had for a truck. They both may be \old timers\ but I wont deal with anyone else when it comes to purchasing vehicles. I will also give a very strong recommendation to all 50 of my employees! Thanks for having these two professionals on your staff!
