Everyone was professional and pleasant. You can tell the employees work very well together. My rep kept me informed of progress even when the work was almost complete. COVID-19 restrictions were enforced.

Service was fine. I got an appointment on-line easily and for when I wanted. I arrived early, allowing extra time to clear my car of ice and to account for possible travel issues, and was greeted and taken in immediately. Service took longer than expected but I was kept informed throughout. I appreciate greatly the exceptional care I was given throughout. Oscar was terrific!

This is the 3rd time I have come back to Auto Nation to buy my car. The manager when I bought my 1st car was the salesman and he was great. This time Stephanie, my sales person helped me along with the manager who found me a great percentage and the financial service manager Raymond. I plan on returning when the price on Trail blazers have better incentives and percentage rates. These people make a great team.

My car never stay here, the employees of the service drive other cars like crazy, doing Zig Zig at Federal 1, almost hit my and other car. And the worst is the manager or people who works inside doesn’t care. Just say go away!!
