My experience at Baldwin was totally positive! Kenny was so personable and kind. He listens to what you are wanting to buy and helps you get exactly what you want. He took time to go over the electronics and different features. I did not meet a single person that didn’t treat us like family. It is the kind of place that you walk into and feel so welcomed. I never felt pressured. I never felt uncomfortable or like I was an inconvenience for anyone. I ordered my vehicle and they kept me in the loop about when it would arrive etc. It was exactly what I wanted and I will definitely return again.

Having purchased vehicles for 50 years, this was the best car buying experience we have ever had. This was the fifth vehicle we have purchased from Baldwin since moving to the Northshore in '94. Kenny Smith, the sales rep who handled our purchase, was excellent, listening to our needs and working well with us. He was knowledgeable, and followed up after the sale. Roberto Herrera who handled the closing was by far the best we have ever dealt with. The Baldwin service department under Kenny provides excellent product service and recommendations.
