Took my baby girl in and made her feel better. She had to have a small surgery and they took great care with her. They were up front about all costs and I always appreciate that. We are new to the area and I hadn’t found a vet yet...so glad I had a place to take her 24/7.

I am so thankful to have Jennifer and Dr. Gillen be apart of this team and provide their amazing rehab for our dogs! They are so kind and gentle while also providing major relief for our dogs after an injury occurred! They are also extremely reasonably priced which is fantastic especially in this day and age! So thankful for the awesome rehab team!

We took our cherished fur baby there when on vacation. They took him in and loved on him and nurtured him back to good health. The girls were so good with him. They were also so pleasant with us. The cost for our emergency care was reasonable. We highly recommend this ER for your fur babies!

I was astonished at how amazing, compassionate, professional and patient this practice was. My Italian Greyhound is very afraid of going to the vet. The folks here approached her slowly and gracefully, understood it wasn’t personal and established a relationship with my dog quickly. A little dicey at first but that didn’t discourage! This group was honest and upfront about treatment plans, costs, outcome and diagnosis. As a health care professional myself, I was beyond grateful. Thank you to all who helped make this scary experience easeful.

They took care of this lil pup really well. They showed great care and compassion for my dog that I am not used to. I've been to one doctor and they did a surgery on my other dogs ears. Apparently that type of method they performed on my dog was outdated. They were even pretty mean to me when I asked them about this. Here they made me feel better about everything and use updated methods of procedures. Thank you very much!

Took excellent care of my critically ill dog. Provided daily updates on his condition and progress. I was able to bring him home in 5 days and he is still improving. Outstanding resource for the Central Coast.

After many years of previous family recommendations and prior pet care, we decided to use this facility services for my dogs process for her cremation. When discussing the arrangement for my dogs process for her care I was offered to receive a paw print. Without hesitation I of course jumped at the opportunity to receive a kindly gift of her paw print before her cremation. The process was smooth and successfully. Few weeks later We received a phone call to pick up the remains and that everything was good to go. I then went and picked up my dog’s cremations. When arriving home we received a nice urn With an envelope with the details and a certificate, but no paw print. I called them once I looked in the bag and realized that there was no paw print and asked if they possibly forgot to put it in my bag or if they had it on file. The woman put me on hold to look at where they would normally put it on file and said it was not there and she is sorry. (Honestly for professional purposes they should just keep all prints of that animal file for keepsakes and filing records purposes) and in cases like this where I was hoping it may of been forgotten to be put in or if later on someone wants one or whatever the case may be... you know... but again that’s my opinion. Anyways they never got her paw print before cremation. If you offer a certain kind of service to your clients they should be sure to follow though with what was offered. I was very disappointed in this process and how unprofessional it was handled. More so heartbroken, as I was not aware that this kind of service was offered I was much better off not knowing, then knowing that this was offered and given the chance to have it then it ripped away. I had plans to frame her paw print and possibly get it tattooed. I now do not have a paw print of her. It’s like dangling it like a carrot then not following though, pretty disappointed in this overall process.

It took a bit long but it was understandable since they had a lot of animals to see and they let me know when it would be our turn. They where very helpful while I was there and after. They are open 24 hours a day so that was good because I was able to call whenever I wanted to see how my dog was doing. They were even nice enough to send me a picture of her. Once we got her back they let us know that if we have any questions we could call them at any time.
