Be wary if you are thinking of going to this place with telehealth, because they will STILL make you submit to random drug screens where you have to go that same day, sometimes even within an hour. Along with a plethora of other strange practices, you're better off finding some other place that values your time and treats you with integrity. Also hindsight is if you need something like a letter of treatment for something you better ask during, because the facility couldn't care less about you if you aren't currently in the program. Even the TMS treatment is done poorly, I went through months of treatment to find they placed it wrong on my head the ENTIRE treatment, so it was a complete waste of time and money, as well as something dangerous to be doing wrong.

This is the first clinic that is helping me to live. I have Bipolar II Disorder and obsessive compulsive disorder. My anxiety has increased since covid19. Today was my second session with her. I feel like I can live the I want and not the life set for me with aggressive medication that takes my logic. I feel like I can be the mom I want to be. I will continue to come back till I’m told it’s not needed, but I know it will be necessary. I’m happy with the care. Thank you to everyone that works here.

Everyone on staff is so friendly, welcoming, and professional. Valerie is just amazing; patient, honest, and so dedicated. I went through their IOP program with Cyndi and Ashley, and both of them were amazing to work with as well. Additionally, I recently had my first appointment with Sabrina to discuss medication changes; she is also extremely kind and welcoming. Everyone from the front desk to the doctors is exceptional. They always follow up, and they always do their best to work with their patients' schedules and budgets. I only have great things to say!

I just completed the Intensive Outpatient Program at Changes McKinney. I am 100% satisfied with the treatment, counseling, care, and medicine management I received. Ashley Jones was my group counselor and she fully exceeded all of my expectations. She is a true professional. She knew when to encourage a group member to share more, when she needed to back off a little, and when to be very forthright. Ashley helped me to define my goals, develop the coping tools I needed, and fully ensure that I was ready to transition. The entire staff from day one had my best interest in mind. A big thank you to Michelle, the financial counselor, to put me at ease by explaining everything so that I could focus on improving my mental health. Thank you Dr. Siddiqi for the medicine management, your explanations, your encouragement, and really putting me at ease. Four weeks ago I was in a very bad place mentally. I'm in a good place now with a great plan going forward. Thank you all @Changes McKinney.
