I want to give a shout out to Tyler, LaMonica, and Mindy. I was in a very low place in my life and Changes helped so much. I would recommend Changes to anyone that needs help.

Monica is extremely unprofessional and immature! I was out of my medication and took them 1 weeks to provide an appointment. I was advise I will get a reminder prior to logging into Zoom but never received a call. Monica said that’s my problem and refused to have me speak to a manager and was told she’s the only one working there and no one else can help me that she makes the decision on appointments and rescheduling! Monica should not be working in customer service since she’s so unprofessional and acts as if she hates her job!

I loved Changes. The people were nice and helpful. I got a lot of info and tools to use and the therapist was my rock. She listens and guides you through your program. I would recommend to come here. The programs are full of tools and information you definitely can get better here in this environment.

I called to see if they accept my 13 yr old daughters insurance and was told they do. I scheduled an assessment . So we talk to someone for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, I let them copy her insurance card. They say theres a wait for transportation. It was about ca month or so wait. Then i get a call yesterday from Cols Springs to say she can start today (2/4/20) Tbey say I have to come with her this first day to fill out paperwork. It took 2 hours to fill it all out and then my daughter stayed . she came home and I thought everything was fine. I get a call an hour after shes been home saying Sorry we just realized we dont accept her insurance! What the heck!? Very annoyed that I #1 had my daughter miss school for nothing now & #2 wasted my time filling out paperwork and finding a ride This is very unprofessional on their part. I am not happy and would not recommend this location. I would still recommemd the Dublin location or the East Cols location. They were great when i was there.

I had a decent experience with IOP. I learned a lot about mental health tools/strategies to help in my situation. They did not have paper towels/soap in bathrooms for 4 out of the 6 weeks there. I finished the program in August. I called today to set up just [possible] medication management and was told because “it’s billed differently” they only accept self-pay at both locations. My entire treatment program was paid in full by my commercial insurance. No cost to me as my out-of-pocket was met. The fact that advantage would be taken of people who pursue continued care is very sad and disappointing.

Ive been off meds for 2 weeks because they won’t refill without a follow up appointment. Nobody ever answers the phone.
