The staff and community are great, when I first moved in there weren’t that many amenities and several people put that on a survey so cheatham street flats created a little dog park, and added a pool and ping pong table. The space is pretty small but the customer service makes up for it (:

In comparison to a lot of other student apartment options that are available in the area, Cheatham by far offers the most. They really do mean it when they say they're all-inclusive! Mary was very informative and helpful in giving us a tour around the building. A friend and I are moving in duri6 August for Fall 2021, and we were surprised to find that the road noise was significantly muffled. The building seemed clean and they were even repainting when we were there, so it's nice to see they keep everything well maintained (unlike some other places...) Overall it's been a great experience in signing with them. The staff is very friendly and informative. Will have to update after living here for a few months

The staff is very friendly when you run into them at the complex, and they are easy to talk with whenever you come across a minor issue! So many new amenities have been presented to us and it has made my experience living here so much fun, besides all the giveaways and prizes that are given almost every week!

I’ve lived here since August 2020. During this time numerous lights in my unit have went out and maintenance on sight cannot fix it. The office tells me every other week that some other technician will be coming or that they are ordering certain items to fix the problem. I’ve had this maintenance request open for almost 8 months now and still have no light. Recently my air conditioner has stopped working and I’ve notified the front office, they’ve told me that no one on sight can fix the AC and that another “technician” won’t be available to look at it until later this week. Do NOT lease here they will tell you anything you want to hear to get you off the phone and never come to fix anything.
