I was excited to have my son leave home and venture into new endeavors. As a parent, security was high on the list in making a decision. I spoke with Ashleigh, she seemed shrewd, bright and in point when answering my questions. She was clearly seasoned in her role and I saw through this.. but was also agreeably charmed by her whit and honesty. I am familiar with the business so I’m not easily surprised or shocked. After becoming familiar with the community and staff I was happy to enter a lease agreement. I have found that this office team is very much response to service requests and concerns. Any issues I have presented to the office have been addressed with immediate and appropriate response. Kudos to the professionalism I encounter when contacting the office. Trust has been established! I have other children in housing and by far - have not been meet with such professionalism and responsiveness. I highly recommend for any mother/parent.

Do not lease an apartment here. There is not enough parking spaces for residents. They will tow residents' vehicles when all spots are taken and you have no other choice but to park elsewhere. Vandalism of cars from tire slashing and liquids being poured on vehicles to destroy the paint, break ins. The amenities look great but safety is not good. Towing of residents' vehicles when there is not adequate parking is evidently a towing company/apartment complex kick back arrangement. If I could give it a ZERO rating, I would.
The Ridge has been a wonderful place to live. The amenities really sold me - specifically the dog park and massive pool! The units are beautiful and I LOVE the location!! If we ever need anything, Jordan from maintenance has always been out quickly to help us, even after hours. I would highly recommend The Ridge
I’ve lived at The Ridge for two years now and I love it - it’s easily the best place to live in the area as a student. The property is beautiful and the amenities are kept up and maintained. We did have some vandalism and car break ins but management is taking the incidents seriously, even keeping my parents up to date on each new safety measure they are implementing. Makes me feel even safer to live here!
I love living at the ridge! Management has been awesome and made me feel so welcomed for my first experience moving away from home. Chris was so kind and helpful from the very beginning. The amenities are amazing, I look forward to the rest of my time here!
