I have thoroughly enjoyed my time being at sova. However they do need more security cameras in the Parking garage (as so so many other college apartments). I also moved in and there were bugs the same daybesides that have loved it!

The apartment building is visually pleasing and that’s about it . The parking garage is extremely small/tight and no cameras in there. Someone can break into you car and the leasing office will do nothing. They refuse to put cameras in. The gates are often left open meaning anyone has access to your front door. The maintenance crew can only do small things like oven lights but not fix fans or major issues. It’s on the bus route and looks nice though. Not worth the money in my honest opinion. Look into a house with friends or something .

The rooms are nice, but there has been multiple instances where expensive car parts have been stolen and reported and nothing has been done about putting cameras or more security in. Multiple safety instances have occurred in the garage where many felt unsafe. We pay too much for this to be scared about parking our car in the garage. I don’t recommend it here.

I love the study areas they have. It’s very comfy and an amazing place to study at. All the people in the leasing office are very sweet and helpful
