We had a WiFi outage for several days due to management failing to properly coordinate a switch from Spectrum to Frontier WiFi. Switching to Frontier was a horrible idea. Our internet is awful now, we keep getting dropped out of our online classes, and management seems to be doing absolutely nothing about it besides suggesting we “have too many devices connected”. It’s 2020. Bandwidth should not be an issue. If you’re going to include WiFi, you should make it good WiFi. Now I’m going to have to set up my own service at personal expense.

The complex recently switched internet providers and there have been nothing but problems with the new provider. The service is spotty at best and non-existent at worst. This is not the place to live if you want to be able to reliably attend your online classes or even stream Netflix. The manager Pamela has responded to me and my roommates complaints by telling us "we have too many devices connected" which is a ridiculous excuse for 2020.
Staff is super friendly and holds fun community events such as taco night and trivia night. The maintenance is also very nice. The location is convenient, close to Kroger and not too far from campus.
Although a slight hike from campus, the preserve is in a nice location being right near dunkin and the public library. Very spacious apartments that are fully furnished which is a bonus. Maintenance requests often take awhile which can be frustrating but otherwise pretty great experience here!

Staff is super friendly, and the rooms are pretty spacious! I wasn’t expecting that at all. I love how DD is literally right around the corner if I want coffee!
Current resident and I love it, this is my 2nd year here. I loved it so much I decided to come back. Staff is fun and friendly, events every week, and the apartments are nice. If you're looking for a place in Ox check out Miami preserve first.
Cool i enjoy the room and the atmosphere. Maintenance is also on the very high level. I really enjoy living there. I like.going to.3 floor as exercise.
