Shirley (front office): wonderful both on phone and in person. Dr. Armstrong: pretty nice Chelsie (vet tech): wonderful Vicky (front office): horribly rude both on phone and in person. Chances of my return are slim now. I'd rather make the drive to PAH where everyone from the phone call to make an appointment to the checking out after a visit is wonderfully sweet. I only went to Circle L because PAH stopped letting people in the building due to Covid. Hopefully, they will be back to normal by the time I need to go back.

We had our animals go to Circle L for years. At first, they were just fine. Nothing extraordinary, but worked for us. After a couple of years that began to change. Simple appointments for nails would take an hour, vet techs would comment on our dogs being difficult for them, several new veterinarians in the span of a couple of months, and seldom getting quality and kind care. At the end of July we had adopted a new dog and the veterinarian doing his initial appointment was so rough with him that I was incredibly uncomfortable. It didn’t help that the vet tech assisting her kept saying “he’s such a pug”. We recently moved out of state and well before our move had asked for all of our animals records and a request for them to let us know when we could pick them up, as they were busy and unable to do it while we were there for an appointment. Needless to say, and not surprising to us, we just had to call to request they email them to our new vet because we never heard back from them. The inability to rely on this facility, their vet techs, and their veterinarians, their disinterest in being kind and careful with our furry children, and their rapid decline of quality of care keep me from recommending this veterinarian clinic to anyone.

We needed to put our GSD to sleep the week before Christmas. We had a special request as to where she was put to sleep. Our regular Vet was not willing to accomodate our request at all, in fact they were very difficult. The office manager was unwilling to ask a Vet if it was possible until we could be very specific about the date, and we were not sure when it was going to happen. So, I called Circle L and the girl on the phone was so understanding and said they would be very happy to help us with our request. We wanted her to have her last minutes in the back seat of our truck, she LOVED road trips. Also, we had never taken her to Circle L. When we made the decision Circle L was able to get us in the same day. The Vet and technicians were so compassionate and caring during the entire process. When she was gone they took very good care of her and the process of cremation. If we get another dog I won't go to any other Vet hospital!

Rumsey loves Circle L Animal Hospital. He got his rabies shot today. Mom waited in the car as the assistant came to the car. Retrieved Rumsey and back to car within 15 minutes. Petfect
