I can’t say anything about the doctor we never had a chance to meet . The office staff in the other hand can use a lot of help . Very unprofessional and not helping at at all. They asked us to use the app to check in just to find out they couldn’t see us or accommodate us after sitting in the car waiting for 25 minutes , shame on them

Always calls me to reschedule my appt. If I tell them I can't they call my husband and ask him the same thing. Love the doctor but the nurses and staff not so much.

LOVE Dr. Hogan and her staff! She actually LISTENS to parents. My baby suffered under another pediatrician’s care for two weeks after birth. I felt I wasn’t listened to at that office. Dr. Hogan diagnosed my daughter the first visit and I’m eternally grateful. She saved us from mental and physical exhaustion and anxiety. My baby is happy and healthy. I highly recommend her and her staff!

We just relocated here from out of state. I have 5 children and some with some complex medical needs. So obviously finding a top notch pediatrician was very important to us. We LOVE Dr. Hogan. She is personable, very knowledgable, and spends quality time getting to know you. So glad we picked such a great doctor! Oh and the office staff is top notch too! So friendly!

Dr Hogan has amazing bedside manor and really listens to my concerns. I appreciate that she also directly speaks to my children about their care and looks to them for answers pertaining to the visit, and I can offer clarification as needed. Her staff is also great to work with! So glad Cooks is now in Prosper, with a wonderful provider, Dr Hogan.
