Cox is one of the worst WiFi company there is. The internet keeps shutting off, and when I ordered a panoramic wifi from them, the router was not supported when I set it up. I am thinking of switching to AT&T. Cox, if you’re reading this, then please do something about your network shutting down. Because this is happening way too often.

Cox is the worst internet service provider out there. My internet went out on 10/25/2020 and after multiple calls and being lied to about when a technician will be out in my area I was finally informed that they don’t even have an estimated repair time yet. It’s been over 2 weeks and Cox can’t even say if it’ll be another week or two.

Really poor experience with the store and call center. We we're told all kinds of things like setup cost, data caps, etc. We also discovered they hike the price depending on competition in the area, so if you have choices they are competitive but if you don't they price gouge. Now we're here with a half setup (router in a poor spot) because they wouldn't come in the house to install and we're nearly at our data cap already despite having the top plan and already paying well above what ATT charges to run fiber to the house. I've called in 4 times today and keep getting hung up on instead of put on hold. No call back.

COX. IS. TERRIBLE. ABSOLUTLEY. HORRIBLE!!! not only is it slow, they DON'T help you at ALL whatsoever, I called the hotline and it's automated system says to call back another time, did not even let me wait to speak to a representative, and our service has been out two weeks, so we tried the texting option and the service agent said \well I don't know\ they don't care, they don't help and I wouldn't even pay these prices for the quality of service they give, if I could put 0 stars I would, I don't have a shortage of bad this to say about this company.

I’ve been out for 20 days and I could have switched to att (same day service). They sent text messages saying it would be done “yesterday by 7am” no one ever came out or showed up all day. DONT GET COX.
