Response to owner: I called three days ago, so if you don’t see that, Evan didn’t log my call. At the time my internet was running at .87 MPBS and we pay for 250 MPBS. Also you can easily see my account and see you sent a service technician or engineer to my place within the last few weeks, and that we also call several times a month between the two of us. If you’re unable to see that, it speaks volumes as to how your business is ran.
