I just came here last minute (12:45 pm) to get a snap button replaced on a Veto MP tool pouch. The man took my pouch fixed it real fast and handed back. No charge. Establishment is nice, and the owners were super nice and did me a solid. I will totally be coming back when my work boots need some love. I recommend these guys for sure.

I was in Charlotte with my son for a hockey tournament. After the first game, his goalie pads were in need of repair. The pro shop at the rink couldn’t help. He had another game that afternoon and I found Dean’s shoe repair. Moe stepped right in and fixed them on the spot for this frantic mama. He and Molly were so friendly and his work was outstanding! He saved the day for me and I will be ever grateful! Highly recommend this for all your shoe, leather, and goalie pad needs!!!! Thank you Moe and Molly!!
The repairs are great. They do awesome work. The only thing I didn't like was that they do not wear masks during the pandemic nor do they seem to require their customers to wear them. But it's their business and it's your decision to give them your business. The hours aren't ideal but that have a reason for the reduction. Other than that, they are super sweet.
Great service received cleaning and a zipper was missing a tooth both were done quickly and professionally I would recommend deans to anyone.
