My daughter who is 12 was admitted to this facility which was chosen by Children's Hospital. They didn't allow me to be in person at the family meeting nor did they allow me to visit her at all. I only spoke to a doctor 1 time in the 5 days she was there. A nurse called me 1 time every day but failed to call me one day. They don't return phone calls. They told me my daughter wanted to stay two more days but after my daughter was released she told me she never said she wanted to stay extra days. They just want to get your money. I know very little about her care there and her therapy visits. I wasn't told of her diagnosis until the discharge nurse called. Please do not send your young children to this place!!!

Denver Springs is such an amazing place. They helped me out through my sobriety. The staff is amazing and this place changed my life forever.

They are out for your money. The records department doesn’t answer phone calls. They prey on the vulnerable and use them as cash cows for financial gain.

The staff is amazing, I went into the detox program. They took great care of me. Unlike other detox facilities, they provide classes throughout the day, and one of the staff checked on me throughout the day. I highly suggest this place if you need to detoxify.

Inpatient care in Mental Wellness was inconsistent at best. There was little desire to understand the patients and the compassion was limited. Some of my co-patients were scolded or made to feel like they shouldn’t be there or were causing their own ED or told they were scamming the system. Upon discharge, I had items that were lost AFTER checking them but before I got them, and I found out that people had called multiple times to reach me and not only could they not get through (patient ID number, which I didn’t know about until discharge) but I was given no messages at all. The only redeeming quality, a HUGE deal, was specific PCAs and Therapists that made the time enjoyable when they were there. Rico and Emily specifically are two of the most incredible people I’ve met. They were amazing and I miss them.
