I had a G37 that needed a control module installed. Infiniti charged for labor which included installation and programing of my keys as well. They work done was timely and proper I was impressed with professionalism and communication between the services coordinator Karen and the tech who installed and handled it perfectly. Our Infiniti QX60 broke down while traveling across the country. We were in a unfamiliar area of the country and didn’t know what to do. She was sympathetic. She was professional. She was persistent with the warranty company.
