We arrived at Earnhardt Cadillac after making a deal over the phone. I was meet by Chris, whom I talked to over the phone. He was very professional and courteous. We went for a test drive and then set us up with the finance office, Sara. She was a very friendly person, very courteous and professional. She had all the paper work done, all we had to do was review and sign the documents. We were there about 2 hours max. The vehicle was clean, full of gas and off we went. The dealership treated us excellent and I would recommend them to anyone. Great experience, the best evet buying a new car. Thank you Chris and Sara, you made our buying experience very easy.
