This business is what many should be. Professional, competent, thoughtful and compassionate. Being warmly greeted by Maria or Nick as you enter is just the right way to treat customers. The Doctors’ truest desire is to address any vision issue present. As they educate along the way. When Matt helps get you into the perfect frames, you feel Brand New. His dedication to his craft, is sterling. These people make a perfect customer friendly business.

Family Eye Center is a great place! Maria the office manager is very warm and welcoming, and Nick the doctor’s technician is excellent, he is very knowledgeable, follows the covid guidelines of safety while giving you the preliminary exam before the doctor’s visit. They have several doctors to choose from and they are highly recommend anyone of them for the exam. They have a wonderful selection of frames.

From the moment I walked up to the door to the time I left, I was handled great care. Ashley greet me at the door with a warm and welcoming smile. She took my temperature and asked me to update my information using the forms she provided. She extended an opportunity for me to sit in their very comfortable waiting area. Two minutes after I completed the packet, I was taken the exam room. A wonderful and very professional young man did some preliminary tests on me and took me into one of the exam rooms. The doctor that attended to me was patient, thorough, and was focused on providing me with optimum service. Immediately after the eye exam, I was greeted by Maria. She was instrumental in helping me select glasses. I expressed to Maria what I wanted, the brand I was interested in and she brought several pairs of glasses to me. When I didn’t care for my own selection I expressed to her what I was looking for and Maria came back with two AMAZING pairs of glasses. She made the whole experience enjoyable. We laughed, we talked, and with her feedback I was able to select the glasses that were best for me. I’m super excited about getting a new pair of glasses. I thank Ashley and Maria for their level of professionalism and for making my experience at The Family Eye Center extremely enjoyable!!!

If I could give 10 stars, I definitely would! Never have I ever had such an amazing and warming experience at a doctors office. Normally people dread going to the doctors, but yet I get excited when I’m coming here. The staff treat you like family, as if you’ve known them for years. The doctor is very thorough and kind. Great bedside manner!

I’ve been going to Family Eye Center for the last 5 years or so. While I started with them because of my insurance, it’s the doctor and staff that keeps me returning! Friendly, attentive and professional! Beautiful offices and easy appointments! You won’t be disappointed!
