My wife and I were looking for an SUV. Our salesman Kevin Ziolkowski was great. Not pushy but informative and helped us decide what vehicle was the best fit for us. Kevin made sure the whole buying experience was smooth and enjoyable. Anthony in the finance department was very helpful and made sure we were well informed about the different finance options as well as the extended warranty options offered. Devin was great! He wasn't pushy or overbearing like some dealership can be. Even though I showed up as they were closing Devin still took time out to answered questions & allowed me to test drive the SUV. I didn't buy the SUV that night, I did showed up the next morning & made the purchase. Devin wasn't on the clock at that time but the many other employees were there to finish the task as a team also assuring me that Devin will get the credit .Devin was surrounded by other team players that made my experience painless and enjoyable In the future if I decide to get another vehicle, I will shop at Garber Chevrolet

John was great! Even before I got in I called and someone actually picked up right away and told me to pull right in although I was over an hour early straight from work. John was kind and understanding. He got my info, took me to the very clean waiting area, offered me snacks and a comfortable seat to wait in. But to my surprise it was a lot quicker than I’m used to so I wasn’t there for hours on end waiting for a simple oil change. He came out, gave me my keys and didn’t try to charge or sell me anything else, just thanked me for stopping in and wished me well which I greatly appreciate. Overall, great service and I highly recommend them. Thanks!

I just want to start by saying Garber Chevrolet of Highland are the Best. Gary the manager is the face of the Service department. Oh how I love him!! I was having such a bad day trying to figure out how to get my car back home. I declined the work because I decided I was not going to keep the car. Too many issues! For the record I did not get the car from Garber. I decided to come to Garber because they have great people with top of the line customer service. Gary helped me with my issue when he did not have to do anything for me. This shows a heart full of compassion. Now I can get my car home thanks to Gary, Anthony, and the beautiful young lady named Amanda. Amanda saw that I was upset and came to my rescue. The team made sure my car made it back to my residence and it was out of their hands and they still helped me If you want honesty and a good deal on a car, and if you want to be treated well ...Get Down to Garber Chevrolet . You will not regret it. I was doing business with Kari in Sales here ,and she was patient and worked hard on a deal for me for a car. I declined the deal but she didn’t sweat it. She wants me to do what’s best for me! She put the customer(me) over her own needs.
