My experience with the finance department was excellent, extremely helpful and engaged. Guided me through the process very easily. Keri who connected me with the sales team from my online interest was extremely helpful and friendly, she worked with me on a Sunday to help me get my questions answered. My experience with the sales team was very poor, Sean was disengaged throughout the process. He really seemed like he could care less. I drove to this dealership with a specific truck I wanted to purchase, and I feel like because he knew that, that he felt like he didn't need to put in much effort. I feel like when you purchase a 58,000 vehicle that there should be more than a take it or leave it attitude. When discussing potential financing options, he did not help guide me towards the lowest monthly payment which what I had requested. He just suggested the offer with the rebates even though there was a zero percent financing option. It is a huge disservice to advertise online two deals(zero %financing and rebates) and then only tell someone at the end that the fine print means that they only get one or the other. Sean told me he was starting a new job the next day and perhaps that was why he did not put much effort into the customer experience and appeared to be distracted. I love the truck, but sadly cannot say the same thing about the sales experience.

After being involved in an accident that totalled our car I had to start the always fun car shopping experience. I had visited a couple of places, including a place I got my lease from previously, we stopped at Garber Chevrolet in Saginaw and met Rudy. He was recommended to us by a friend and the guy practically sold me a car on the spot. He didn't do it by selling me bs and unnecessary things but he did it by getting to know me and staying within my budget. I highly recommend this place and when you do visit find Rudy! The entire staff was wonderful.
