My mother was a resident here. She received the best care in her final days with us on earth. A huge thank you to the entire staff, but especially to Kellyann and Ms Malcom, who showed so much compassion to us. Kellyann constantly kept us updated right from the beginning to the end. I find comfort in knowing that you have a advocate that not only cares for the patients but also the family. Thank you to all who cared for my mother and for the work you do for everyone’s loved ones. You are all true hero’s!

Beautifully done recently renovations! My mom is there and she’s told me how the new therapy room looks. They even have a real kitchen that she can practice in so that when she’s home she will feel more confortable! I’ve seen the photos online but I can not wait until the doors are open for my family and I to see the new make overs! The staff has always been so warm and helpful, especially through COVID I’ve been able to FaceTime with my mom daily. True hero’s work at King David! Highly recommend!

1 star is 1 too many. If you have a loved one with alzheimers, dementia, or both stay as far away from this place as you possibly can. Management has no practical processes in place to properly care for your loved one. If you are a difficult patient, which many people who suffer from these conditions are, the nursing staff will leave you to rot. Their management staff fully supports this behavior and will duck your phone calls, because they know you can not show up in person to do anything about it. My father was allowed to languish in bed with bed sores, cellulitis, a fever, and completely dehydrated. My family was not made aware of any of this. The only reason he is receiving treatment was, because I demanded medical attention during a video call. He was left for 35 days without his cpap machine which was in his bag and they never bothered to turn it on. They stole half of his stuff that he brought and refuse to give proof of his covid vaccinations. This place needs to be investigated immediately for vaccine fraud. It is disgusting how they are willing to treat the most vulnerable. Licenses should be revoked and the doors should be permanently shut. Hey Allure, why don't you tell your people to quit hiding behind voice-mail. As soon as there is an issue, your employees become impossible to find. Cowards top to bottom.

My mother passed on April 7th 2020 at King David. Through the several months that she was there, I was always impressed by the kindness and attention of the obviously reduced and overworked staff. Not content with the quaratine, they set up a skype account so we could communicate with her. It was the skype session the day before her passing that will always stay with me. The aide carefully held the device so my mother and I could clearly see eachother. The whole time she was comforting my mother with her free hand and soothing words. The pain of my mother's loss as well as not being allowed to see her for the last month of her life would have been too much to bear had I not known she was being shown such love and compassion through her whole ordeal. I'd like to mention 2 names amid the countless faces in my memory, Kellyanne and Hannah. In no way do I want to minimize the efforts of any of the doctors, nurses or aides who cared for my mother. In my family's experience, these two women were shining examples of the norm at King David. With love and gratitude, Stephen Cena

My family and I are very thankful for King David. They are quick to respond to us and provide us with any information we request. During the current pandemic, they have gone above and beyond to keep us in the loop and connect us with our family members using FaceTime. We are especially thankful for Kellyann from concierge who has gone above and beyond for us! It is difficult enough to have a family member in a facility such as a nursing and rehabilitation facility, but they have made the process easier and have made us feel secure. We have had our family members in another facility before, and this facility has far exceeded our expectations.
