Level 27 has been a very good place to live during a pandemic. It is close enough to the university, food, and shops but far enough that you’re not surrounded by people who may be sick. I have been hesitant to go to the university gym so having a private gym a minute away from me has been awesome!

Recently renewed my lease with my roommate and set my boyfriend up to sign a lease for the upcoming school year. I don't have many complaints, my brother lived here for two years before me so I knew what I was signing up for before I moved in. I enjoy having my own bathroom and storage closet and got lucky to move in with my best friend. I haven't really used the included amenities here yet though. The only problems I had were really on move in day: the carpet in my room was soaking wet and my front door lock was broken. It took a while for the front door to be fixed and my roommate and I had to call multiple times before it was fixed. Maintenance seems to always be behind so my work orders aren't always taken care of as fast as I would appreciate. However, I don't plan to live anywhere else throughout my schooling, it's pretty comfortable here. EDIT: I forgot to mention that this complex moved a new roommate into my unit with only a 2 hours notice, during a global pandemic. And yesterday we had to call and ask about another roommate they are currently trying to move in and said we would only get a 24 hour notice, if that, if they decide to move someone else in. I will be contacting them for more information regarding this.

The location is great, it is super close to the main campus and there are tons of things to do. It is about a 5-10 minute dive to get to grocery stores, restaurants, or stores. There are also many amenities that they offer like free wifi, a pool, gym, private theater, sand volleyball, and a basketball court. Overall, I like living here. My only issue is with the cleaning and maintenance. The stairwells in the buildings haven't been cleaned since I moved in and the only kind of upkeep done outside of the buildings is the grass being cut.

Nice sized apartments, individual bed rooms and bathrooms are a huge plus. The amenities are nice as well and the shuttle bus is convenient for going to campus.

If you listen to any reviews, please listen to this one. Do.not.live.here. I can not express this enough, do not live here. To many bad experiences with this place. There is no respect for privacy here at Level 27. I have woken up, too many times to count, to strangers in my apartment. Yes, they give you a 24 hour notice when they are coming in to inspect your ‘cleanliness’ or see if your blinds are still working. However, they don’t specify what time or day they are coming. One time, I was in my bathroom cleaning for one of their inspections and had my bedroom door open. I was exiting my bathroom to grab more cleaning supplies from the kitchen to find a man my age standing in my bedroom doorframe! I screamed because I was not expecting a stranger in my bedroom. As a girl, it is terrifying to find men and even women in your apartment without knowing they are there’re who they are. Sometimes they knock lightly three times and if you don’t answer immediately, they just waltz right on in. Another rather bad experience was during finals week, they decided to impose another ‘inventory inspection’. I asked if they would mind holding off due to our online exams recording all sound and movement happening while taking it. I asked for them to wait until after finals so my roommates and I could avoid them walking in while we took our exams. The employee stated “oh we will just be quiet.” Personally, I find it hard to focus on anything when strangers are in my apartment. If that is not a deal breaker for you, perhaps the conditions of their appliances will be. Level 27 likes to advertise their nice, clean, luxurious apartments. Wrong. Move in day our sink was spraying everywhere, the drying machine was broken, the oven’s buttons were literally coming off, and the place was absolutely disgusting. There is a lot of false advertisement here at Level 27. They tricked me into it and now I’m just attempting to keep you from making the same mistake I did.
