Don't let the fake four and five star reviews here mislead you into thinking this place is safe for your loved ones. KHQ news ran a lead story (02/12/20) on numerous improprieties and violations and residents being mistreated by staff to the point of their lives being in danger. As you can see in the the more accurate federal government site review pictured below, Life Care Center of Post Falls receives ONE STAR OUT OF FIVE or a \much below average\ rating.

I had the worst experience. The chief was horrible. He said he was the manager and that without him shogun wouldn’t be there I waited about 2 hours on Tuesday the only great thing was our waitress she did everything in her power Alicia was amazing. She is the only reason I and my family will come back. She checked on us all the right times and she knew what she was doing. My husband and I own a realtor business and have very high clientele. And she knows how to treat her customers. If I could give her 5 stars I would. Good lady I hope she stays there.
My step father stays at this particular center long term and he loves it. It is a beautiful facility and their staff are kindest people I’ve ever met. The cnas, nurses, kitchen, housekeepers, management, EVERYONE are absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend anyone looking for rehab or long term to check them out. You won’t regret it. The staff don’t treat their residents as people they have to take care of, the staff treat them like family. They fully understand that their patients don’t live in their workplace. They work in their home. And do a wonderful job of it.
One of the most beautiful facilities around. Great campus, great location and great people! Wonderful place to work! We get to serve a lot of patients in our community and help get them back on their feet. No greater feeling than seeing patients walk out the door with a big smile on their face after coming in unsure when/if they were going to recover.
Life Care took care of my grandma after she had a fall at her home. They made sure that she was able to adjust well. She always thought that the nursing staff was friendly and polite, she never had anything negative to say about them. They would inform us if there was any concern to her health. I am truly thankful for the nice people that took care of her.
