I gotta say, Dr. Raffetto has been in my 'Dental Life' since I was 16,having my Wisdom Teeth Extracted. O. Needed No Anastasia, just Gas & a Good Dose of Novacane. He was thorough,ade sure ur comfortable and taken very good care of thru ur Recovery!

Dr Rafetto and his staff are very kind and supportive. He is really down to earth and easy going which sets the tone. I walked in a little worried but once I spoke with him, his relaxed and knowledgeable attitude set me at ease.

The staff here was great and took great care of me when I got my wisdom teeth out and all. The only thing is that the lady at the front desk has a little bit of an attitude. Like for example on the day of my consultation she told me that she needed the money right then and there for the X-rays and consultation and the day of my procedure I said that I was going to skim the consent forms one more time really quick and she got testy with me and said that I should of done that before I came. Too bad.

*Update: Dr Rafetto left a VM saying he would pay for the xray missing from the surgery estimate. I paid 256 more money out of pocket than quoted because my insurance won't cover more than 1 panoramic xray every 5 years. They took one at the consultation for my wisdom teeth extraction, one at the surgery and I was told they'd take another at the 6 month follow up. It's the only machine he has. The office said they need the panoramic to look at the whole mouth, which I don't really buy, why wouldn't insurance cover it then? My issue is that I was late at being billed for the consultation and it wasn't on the estimate so the only way I knew about it was through the explanation of benefits.

I needed a cracked molar extracted on short, to no advance, notice. The staff, from the receptionist to the assistants to Dr. Rafetto, couldn't have been more friendly, pleasant and helpful. Everyone made the visit/experience a real 'non-event' considering the excruciating pain I was agonizingly suffering upon my arrival. They followed up with me a few hours later, and although knowing I would have a mouthful of gauze, insisted on speaking directly with me. Excellent service and the highest professionalism all around. I literally cannot wait until I need another tooth pulled!!!!!!!
