We replaced our free standing gas fireplace in our house that we rent out. The people at Marrs were excellent to work with, the service was timely, the new gas fireplace was well made, and the price was very reasonable. They even helped us get a 300.rebate from the Gas company. Best of all, our tenants were warm and happy when the unit was installed before the snowstorm. Highly professional. Highly recommended.

Just moved into a home with central heat but no central air. Since our Gas Furnace was 15 years old and needed some love, I decided to replace that and add AC. The original inspection and quote from Marr's was really thorough (took about 80 minutes). The install took about a day and a half. The guys were very professional and very quiet. I really liked how they scheduled the inspections afterwards for me. It's only been one night but everything looks great and appears to be working well. I look forward to using their preventive maintenance plan and not having to worry about my furnace from here on out.

Aaron did a good job of replacing the gas valve on my fireplace. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He had a replacement valve in his service truck that worked so that he could diagnose and repair the fireplace in one trip. That is something I value. He also wore boot coverings and a mask at all times while in the house. Putting up with my conversation and questions was an added bonus for me. :-)

We recently had a heat pump installed by Marr's. EVERY interaction we had with EVERY employee was professional, considerate, helpful, and informative. We especially enjoyed talking to Ken who conducted the initial home evaluation and provided the information regarding which heat pump would best suit our needs.
